Pro-Cooperation

The Pró-Cooperação Program, instituted by Law nº 14,124/2012 and Decree nº 50,124/2013, offers ICMS tax incentives for agricultural cooperatives. The cooperative that has an increase in the ICMS of its industrial activities can join.
