Pro-Cooperation Program
The Pro-Cooperation program (Pró-Cooperação) established by Law no 14.124/2012 and Decree no 50.124/2013, offers an ICMS tax incentive for agricultural cooperatives. Cooperatives with increased ICMS taxes on their industrial activities are eligible.
