CEEE-D

Companhia Estadual de Distribuição de Energia Elétrica (CEEE-D) is a mixed economy company belonging to the CEEE Group, concessionaire of electricity distribution services in the south and southeast regions of the State of Rio Grande do Sul.

With a concession area comprising the Metropolitan, South, Coastal and Campaign regions, CEEE Distribuição serves 72 municipalities, covering 73,627 km², which corresponds to approximately 34% of the consumer market in Rio Grande do Sul, through its 72,138 km of urban and rural networks.

Among the shareholders of CEEE Distribuição, the positions of CEEE Participações (65.92%) as controlling holding and Eletrobrás (32.59%) stand out.

CEEE Distribuição serves 1.6 million consumer units, which is equivalent to around 4.8 million people or one third of the population of Rio Grande do Sul.
